Personal Background:
I am a fourth generation Washingtonian and have lived in Redmond for the past 21 years. I am an avid Husky, Seahawk and Mariner fan, have 3 grown children, 7 wonderful grand-children and have been married to the same man since 1965. All my siblings live in the area as well as many of their children. I love to travel, go to movies, read and I enjoy all kinds of music.

I have been in the real estate industry since 1989 first with the Master Builders Association, then with a single family home builder and finally a licensed Realtor since 1998. I have experience with all forms of real estate: condominiums, single family homes, vacant land, manufactured homes, luxury homes, new construction, conversions and some multi-family. My business is by referral only and I have advanced designations to assure buyers and sellers that I offer the highest level of customer service, expertise and experience. I am a REALTOR and as such am accountable to a Code of Ethics and adhere to a strict Standards of Practice. I offer my sellers one of the most comprehensive marketing plans in the area.
Designations:
I am proud of the designations I have earned. This advanced education makes me more qualified than some of my colleagues and better able to negotiate more effectively, market more efficiently and represent you more successfully.
My designations include:
CRS: Less than 4% of all agents nationwide are Certified Residential Specialists. As a CRS I have had extensive training and advanced education, had to meet difficult quotas in sales dollars and am considered an expert in my field.
ASP: As an Accredited Staging Professional I am also unique in my field in that I can offer my clients advice and help in staging their homes to receive maximum value, more traffic, less time on the market and pride in ownership.
ABR & ASR: The Accredited Buyers’ and Sellers’ Representative designations mean that I have taken additional classes and met the minimum standards to better represent buyers and sellers.
CNE: As a Certified Negotiating Expert, I am able to better represent the wants and needs of my buyers and sellers. This course taught me excellent insights into the art of negotiating a "win-win" for each transaction. This designation is relatively new (offered first in 2007) and not very many agents have earned it.

I am a multi-year recipient of the Seattle Magazine "5-Star Best in Customer Service" award. Nominated by clients, it is an honor I hold most dear. In addition, I am a multi-year Re/Max award winner.
